We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. 3. Tour and Program Bookings

When you book a tour or program through our services, you agree to the following:

3.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and have paid the required deposit or full payment as specified in the booking process.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Payment methods accepted are specified during the booking process. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your bookings.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or program for any reason, including insufficient participation or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, but we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants.

4. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities

As a participant in our tours or programs, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies during the tour
• Respect the customs, traditions, and practices of the places you visit
• Follow the instructions and guidelines provided by tour leaders and facilitators
• Maintain appropriate behavior and decorum during all tour activities
• Obtain all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance
• Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs before the tour

We reserve the right to dismiss any participant from a tour or program for inappropriate behavior, illegal activity, or conduct that disrupts the tour experience for others, with no refund provided.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ElevateXperia or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevateXperia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElevateXperia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
